Andrea L. Haber

Andrea Haber has been practicing law since 2013, with a specific emphasis on Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. She earned her law degree at the University of Miami School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of Florida. Andrea has handled various capacities of commercial litigation matters including complex contract disputes, real estate litigation including landlord/tenant matters, quiet title matters, and more. She also has handled probate and estate administration throughout South Florida.

As a Junior Partner at Haber Legal, Andrea brings her strengths in litigation to the practice of Family Law, emphasizing her negotiating skills for a collaborative approach to this area of law. She also expands the firm’s practice area by bringing her experience in probate and estate planning.

Andrea works closely with clients in all her practice areas and takes a hands-on approach to her practice. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
